The 2024 Winter catalog is now open for registration.

Classes will not be held on the following dates below:

MONDAY: 12/23, 12/30, 1/20/2025

TUESDAY: 12/24, 12/31

WEDNESDAY: 12/25, 1/1/2025

THURSDAY: 12/26

FRIDAY: 12/20, 12/27, 1/17/2025

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Registration Deadline: The deadline to register for programs online during the school year is two business days before the class begins. For most summer programs, the deadline is the Friday before the camp starts, unless noted otherwise. The system automatically closes at 11:59 pm.

Late Registration: If there is still availability, parents may register for programs after the deadline, please call 203-341-1209 for availability or email conted@westportps.org. There is a $35 processing fee.

Class Change: If you need to make a change to your scheduled class, please call 203-341-1209 or email conted@westportps.org. There is a $35 processing fee.

Cancellations/Refunds: Request to withdraw from a class must be submitted in writing two (2) weeks prior to the start of the class via email to conted@westportps.org. Your fees will be refunded less a $35 cancellation fee. There are no refunds or credits after the two (2) weeks window or thereafter.

    If we cancel a class for any reason, you will be notified by email and the class fee will be refunded 100%.

    There are no refunds or credits for withdrawal from single-session classes or workshops.

    Absence from class does not reduce the cost of operating our programs; for this reason, absence will not result in a refund or credit. 

Important information regarding the classes: 

  1. Please remember to pack a nut free snack and drink for your child for their after school class. 

  2. Please use the Dismissal Manager for your school to indicate that your child is staying at school for the after school program. Students will be given instructions on where to find their after school program during dismissal.

  3. At dismissal, please park your car and come to the door to pick up your child from the school. Your child’s safety is our priority and we want to ensure that they get to their parent/caregiver safely after class, especially as we lose daylight in the coming weeks.

  4. Once the school day is over, the school office staff leaves, there will not be anyone to assist you in the front office during our program. If you need to get in touch with Westport Continuing Ed, our phone number is 203-341-1209 or you can email us at conted@westportps.org  Your child is in the school with our class/instructor. Most classes have only one instructor. This means we are unable to accommodate early pickups. If your child can not attend the full class, please do not send them to class that day.

Late Pick-Up Fees: Please be prompt in picking up your child! Late fees will apply on a per child basis. $10 for 5 minutes; $20 for each 15-minute increment thereafter. All pick-ups take place outside.
